页岩油是指以页岩层系中所含的石油资源,是迄今为止在固体矿产领域中的人造石油。油页岩是一种能源矿产,属于低热值固态化石燃料。透过裂解化学变化,可将油页岩中的油母物质转化为合成油。抚顺干馏炉充分利用固定碳,并做到热量自给有余;油页岩块度适应范围广,能处理10~70 mm 的油页岩。因此采用抚顺炼油工艺,借助 Aspen Plus 软件对黑龙江五林镇的油母页岩进行模拟干馏,从而实现软件对炼油工艺辅助之目的。研究结果表明,可以通过 Aspen Plus 软件对抚顺干馏炉进行模拟,且模拟所得结果与工业实验数据相匹配,为页岩炼油技术提供指引。

Shale oil is the oil resource in shale bed, which is by far the artificial oil in the area of solid mineral.Oil shale is a kind of mineral energy and belongs to LHV solid fossil fuel. Through the pyrolysis chemical change, the oil shale kerogen can be converted into synthetic oil. Fushun gas retort took full use of fixed carbon to realize self-sufficient calories. Oil shale rock fragmentation range was wide, in the range of 10~70 mm. Therefore, using Fushun refinery process, with the Aspen Plus software, retorting process of Wulin town oil shale was simulated in order to achieve the purpose of the software assisting in the refinery process. The results show that, Fushun retort can be simulated by Aspen Plus software, and the simulation results can match with industry experimental data, so it can provide guidance for shale refining technology.
