研究了某型号管壳式换热器的回程水室,运用有限元软件 Ansys 分析了该回程水室在稳态下的温度场及其在温度载荷与压力载荷共同作用下的应力场。根据 ASME 规范和相关判据对回程水室关键部位进行了应力分析及安全评定。计算结果表明,该回程水室的设计在安全范围之内,符合规范要求,这为回程水室的工程设计提供了理论基础。

The onlet-oulet cover of a shell and tube heat exchanger was studied by finite element method. The temperature field of the onlet-oulet cover under the steady state condition was analyzed, and the stress field of the onlet-oulet cover under combination action of temperature load and pressure load was calculated. According to ASME Code, stress analysis and safety assessment of the important parts of the onlet-oulet cover were carried out. The results show that the design of onlet-oulet cover is in a safe range, and can meet the requirements of the specification. The article can also provide a reliable basis for engineering design and safety assessment of the onlet-oulet cover.
