探讨半导体激光照射联合鲜芦荟湿敷及护理治疗脑卒中患者留置针静脉炎的疗效。方法:将脑卒中并发静脉炎患者66例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各33例。对照组采用鲜芦荟湿敷方法治疗;实验组在对照组治疗的基础上采用半导体激光体外照射及护理干预治疗静脉炎。对两组治疗前后静脉炎治疗有效率及主观疼痛级别进行比较。结果:实验组患者静脉炎治疗有效率为93.94%,和对照组有效率81.82%相比(P<0.05),差别有统计学意义;实验组患者静脉疼痛级别和对照组相比(P<0.05),差别有统计学意义。结论:应用半导体激光照射联合鲜芦荟湿敷及护理治疗脑卒中患者静脉炎,能减轻脑卒中患者的痛苦。

탐토반도체격광조사연합선호회습부급호리치료뇌졸중환자류치침정맥염적료효。방법:장뇌졸중병발정맥염환자66례,수궤분위실험조화대조조,각33례。대조조채용선호회습부방법치료;실험조재대조조치료적기출상채용반도체격광체외조사급호리간예치료정맥염。대량조치료전후정맥염치료유효솔급주관동통급별진행비교。결과:실험조환자정맥염치료유효솔위93.94%,화대조조유효솔81.82%상비(P<0.05),차별유통계학의의;실험조환자정맥동통급별화대조조상비(P<0.05),차별유통계학의의。결론:응용반도체격광조사연합선호회습부급호리치료뇌졸중환자정맥염,능감경뇌졸중환자적통고。
Objective:To investigate the semiconductor laser combined fresh aloe shi fu and nursing treatment the curative effect of needle phlebitis in patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods: 66 cases of patients with cerebral stroke with phlebitis, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, 33 cases each. The control group was treated with fresh aloe shi fu; On the basis of the experimental group in the control group treatment using semiconduc﹣tor laser irradiation in vitro and nursing intervention in the treatment of phlebitis. On two groups before and after the treatment of phlebitis treatment efficient and subjective pain level. Results: The patients with phlebitis treatment effec﹣tive rate of 93. 94% , compared with control group effective rate was 81. 82% (P < 0. 05), the difference was statisti﹣cally significant. The experimental group patients with venous pain level compared with control group (P < 0. 05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The application of semiconductor laser with fresh aloe shi fu and nursing therapy in patients with cerebral apoplexy phlebitis, can alleviate the pain of the patients with cerebral apo﹣plexy.
