建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定发酵液中己酸和己酸乙酯的方法。发酵液经甲酸酸化后,用正己烷萃取,以2-乙基正丁酸和乙酸正丁酯作为双内标,采用Rtx-Wax毛细管色谱柱。结果表明,己酸和己酸乙酯浓度分别在100~1000 mg/100 mL(r=0.9991)、10~100 mg/100 mL(r=0.9995)质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=9)分别为101.74%、94.96%,RSD分别为0.85%、0.38%。该方法简单、灵敏、准确度高,可用于同时测定发酵液中己酸和己酸乙酯的含量。
建立毛細管氣相色譜法同時測定髮酵液中己痠和己痠乙酯的方法。髮酵液經甲痠痠化後,用正己烷萃取,以2-乙基正丁痠和乙痠正丁酯作為雙內標,採用Rtx-Wax毛細管色譜柱。結果錶明,己痠和己痠乙酯濃度分彆在100~1000 mg/100 mL(r=0.9991)、10~100 mg/100 mL(r=0.9995)質量濃度範圍內線性關繫良好,平均迴收率(n=9)分彆為101.74%、94.96%,RSD分彆為0.85%、0.38%。該方法簡單、靈敏、準確度高,可用于同時測定髮酵液中己痠和己痠乙酯的含量。
건립모세관기상색보법동시측정발효액중기산화기산을지적방법。발효액경갑산산화후,용정기완췌취,이2-을기정정산화을산정정지작위쌍내표,채용Rtx-Wax모세관색보주。결과표명,기산화기산을지농도분별재100~1000 mg/100 mL(r=0.9991)、10~100 mg/100 mL(r=0.9995)질량농도범위내선성관계량호,평균회수솔(n=9)분별위101.74%、94.96%,RSD분별위0.85%、0.38%。해방법간단、령민、준학도고,가용우동시측정발효액중기산화기산을지적함량。
In this study, the determination of caproic acid and ethyl caproate content simultaneously in fermenting liquid by GC and double-in-ternal standard method had been developed. The fermenting liquid was extracted with n-hexane after adding formic acid, then 2-ethylbutyric acid and n-butyl acetate were adopted as double internal standards, and GC was performed on a Rtx-Wax column. The results showed that, the calibration curves of caproic acid and ethyl caproate in the concentration range of 100~1000 mg/100 mL(r=0.9991)and 10~100 mg/100 mL (r=0.9995)respectively, their mean recoveries (n=9) were 101.74%and 94.96%respectively, and RSD were 0.85%and 0.38%respectively. Such method was simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of caproic acid and ethyl caproate content in fermenting liquid.
