目的:应用功能磁共振技术对无先兆偏头痛患者的大脑局部一致性的特征性变化进行初步研究。方法对10例无先兆偏头痛患者及与之性别和年龄相匹配的10名健康受试者进行静息态功能磁共振成像。将得到的功能影像数据应用 Freesurfer、AFNI、SPM8、REST等软件进行处理后,进行肯德尔系数相关性分析,得到大脑皮层的局部一致性数据。结果与健康受试者相比,无先兆偏头痛患者左侧前扣带回及后扣带回、左侧梭状回、左侧颞下回,右侧额中回及额下回、右侧中央前回及中央后回、右侧舌回局部一致性减弱。结论功能磁共振技术有助于从脑功能层面探讨无先兆偏头痛患者疼痛发作及伴随症状发生的脑功能机制,对临床上无先兆偏头痛的预防、诊疗和评价具有重要意义。

Objective To study the intrinsic changes in brain regional homogeneity in migraine patients without aura using resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).Methods Ten patients diagnosed of migraines without aura and another 10 genders and age matched healthy subjects were recruited to receive resting state fMRI scanning.The fMRI images were first processed with the software of Freesurfer,AFNI,SPM8,REST.Then,analyzed correlation of the images using Kendal ’s coefficient of concordance, and achieved theregional homogeneity data of the cerebral cortex.Results Compared with healthy subjects,the regional homogenei-ty of migraine patients without aura showed decreased in left anterior cingulate gyrus and posterior cingulate gyrus,left fusiform gy-rus,left inferior temporal gyrus,right middle frontal gyrus and inferior frontal gyrus,right precentral and postcentralgyrus,right lingual gyrus.Conclusion The results are helpful to explore the brain mechanism associated with pain and symptoms on migraine patients without aura from the aspect of brain function.It is great significance for the prevention,treatment and evaluation of clinical migraine without aura.
