阳和汤具有温阳补血，宣通血脉，散寒祛痰之功，治疗血虚寒凝、气滞痰阻阴疽；乳岩因肝郁犯脾，冲任失调，气滞血瘀痰阻为病；阴疽与乳腺癌有共性病理机制，本文旨在探讨阳和汤治疗正虚型乳腺癌的方证对应机理。
양화탕구유온양보혈，선통혈맥，산한거담지공，치료혈허한응、기체담조음저；유암인간욱범비，충임실조，기체혈어담조위병；음저여유선암유공성병리궤제，본문지재탐토양화탕치료정허형유선암적방증대응궤리。
The main function of Yanghe decoction is to warm yang,enrich the blood,invigorate the circulation of blood,dispel the cold and eliminate the phlegm.It can be used to treat blood deficiency,congeal cold,stagnation of Qi and phlegm,dorsal fu-runcle;Mammary cancer due to liver depression,dysfunction of spleen in transportation,imbalance of Chong-ren,stagnation of Qi,blood and phlegm.The pathogenesis of dorsal furuncle is similar to the mammary cancer.This paper mainly focuses on the mechanism of prescriptions corresponding to syndromes of Qi deficiency mammary cancer treated with Yanghe Decoction.
