作为我国最发达的地区之一，苏南地区在农民工市民化方面取得了很大成就，在促进农民工就业、改善农民工住房、完善农民工社会保障、解决农民工随迁子女义务教育以及推动农民工社会融入等方面，有着诸多经验。在现有成就的基础上，需要从建立最低工资标准与房价挂钩制度、逐步扩大农民工社会保障覆盖面、分类实施社会保障工程、“破冰”农民工随迁子女中学教育等环节着手，进一步加强苏南地区农民工市民化。

As one of the most developed area in our country,great achievements have been made in the residentialization of migrant workers in south Jiangsu Province.A lot of experience works well in the field of promoting the migrant workers employment,improving the migrant workers housing and social security, solving their children's compulsory education and promoting the migrant workers social integration.On the basis of existing achievements,building a system of minimum wage standard linked to house prices, gradually expanding the migrant workers social security coverage,implementing the social security project and “ice-breaking"trailing migrant workers children secondary education,etc need to be done to further strengthen the residentialization of migrant workers in south Jiangsu Province.
