研究了7075/SiCp复合材料T6峰时效热处理工艺,分析了120℃时效温度下不同时效时间7075/SiCp复合材料显微组织形貌和第二相析出规律。结果表明:7075/SiCp复合材料T6峰时效热处理工艺为470℃/30min+120℃/20h;SiCp颗粒的加入使第二相更容易在其附近形核和长大;7075/SiCp复合材料热挤压过程中发生动态再结晶,距SiC颗粒较近区域保留部分动态回复组织;由于空位分布分散,无沉淀析出带(PFZ)不明显。

Heat treatment processing of 7075/SiCp composite with T6 peak was investigated. Microstructure morphology and precipitation rule of second phase with various aging time at 120 ℃ were also studied. The results showed that heat treatment processing of 7075/SiCp composite with T6 peak was 470℃/30min+120℃/20h;second phase was easier to precipitate in composite due to the addition of SiCp particle;dynamic recrystallization existed in 7075/SiCp composite during hot extrusion, dynamic recovery area were reserved nearby SiC particle;precipitate free zone (PFZ) was not obvious due to dispersion of vacancy.
