目的：了解某三甲医院老年患者中人血白蛋白的使用情况，并评价其使用的合理性，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性调查法，收集2013年全年某院老年科使用人血白蛋白的相关数据，统计并分析患者性别、年龄、临床诊断、用法用量、用药前后血清白蛋白、总蛋白及血红蛋白水平等。结果：共有515例患者使用人血白蛋白，涉及11大类疾病。肿瘤患者用药量所占比例最大，占43.6%；用药疗程主要集中在5~10 d，用药前血清白蛋白浓度大部分小于30 g·L-1。用药后患者血清白蛋白、总蛋白及血红蛋白水平较用药前明显升高（P <0.001，P <0.001，P <0.05）。结论：某院老年科对人血白蛋白的使用仍存在一些误区，应加强对人血白蛋白各环节的监管，提高其合理用药水平。
목적：료해모삼갑의원노년환자중인혈백단백적사용정황，병평개기사용적합이성，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법：채용회고성조사법，수집2013년전년모원노년과사용인혈백단백적상관수거，통계병분석환자성별、년령、림상진단、용법용량、용약전후혈청백단백、총단백급혈홍단백수평등。결과：공유515례환자사용인혈백단백，섭급11대류질병。종류환자용약량소점비례최대，점43.6%；용약료정주요집중재5~10 d，용약전혈청백단백농도대부분소우30 g·L-1。용약후환자혈청백단백、총단백급혈홍단백수평교용약전명현승고（P <0.001，P <0.001，P <0.05）。결론：모원노년과대인혈백단백적사용잉존재일사오구，응가강대인혈백단백각배절적감관，제고기합리용약수평。
Objective: To investigate the utilization and rationality of human serum albumin in the senile patients, and provide references for the rational drug use in clinic.Methods: The data about human serum albumin in the department of geriatrics of our hospital were collected in 2013 and were analyzed retrospectively in respect of gender, age, diagnosis, dosage and administration, human serum albumin concentration, the level of total protein and hemoglobin before and after treatments, etc. Results: A total of 515 senile patients used human serum albumin for treating 11 kinds of diseases. The number of tumor patients using human serum albumin accounted for the largest dosage proportion (43.6%). Duration of medicine treatment was 5– 10 days, and the serum albumin levels of the most patients before treatment were less than 30 g·L-1. After treatment, serum albumin, total protein and hemoglobin of the patients significantly increased (P < 0.001,P < 0.001,P < 0.05).Conclusion: There were still some mistakes in the administration of human serum albumin, and the supervision of rational drug use should be strengthened.
