近视预防技术及近视防控进展策略一直被眼科所重视，为进一步提高视觉质量，促进调节机能，近年来光学校正聚焦用于改善中周区视网膜近视性离焦越来越受到人们的关注。角膜塑形术（ortho-K）是利用特殊设计的角膜塑形镜改变角膜形态，以快速提高裸眼视力，相比屈光手术治疗近视而言，角膜塑形术具有非手术性、可逆性等先天优势，是控制青少年近视发展为目标的一门技术。本研究通过对国内外利用角膜塑形镜治疗近视的相关文献的收集和总结，综述了角膜塑形镜在近视治疗中的作用机制。

Myopia prevention techniques and the progress of myopia prevention strategy has been valued by ophthalmology,in order to further improve the visual quality,and promote regulatory function,in recent years we has focused on improving the optical correction in the week retinal myopic defocus,more and more people pay attention to.Orthokeratology(ortho-K),which is the use of specially designed orthokeratology lens to change corneal shape,in order to quickly improve uncorrected visual acuity compared with refractive surgery for myopia,orthokeratology has a non-surgical,reversible inherent advantages,etc.,is a skill to control the development of myopia targeting young people.Though collecting and summarizing the relevant literature of domestic and international use of orthokeratology treatment in myopia,reviewed action mechanism of orthokeratology in the treatment of myopia.
