目的：探索不同管理模式对佛山南海社区2型糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响。方法对南海3个社区的82例2型糖尿病患者分别采用自我管理模式和分层分级管理模式进行糖尿病管理，比较两组患者在干预结束后6个月其遵医行为。结果采用自我管理模式患者的遵医行为明显优于分层分级管理模式。结论社区开展短期的自我管理课程和提供的后续支持，可以强化患者的疾病知识和提高患者的自我管理行为，改善患者的控制指标状况和优化生活质量。

Objective To dicuss the effects of different management models on the compliance behavior of type 2 diabetes patients in Foshan South China Sea community. Methods 82 cases of type 2 diabetes patients from 3 communities in the South China Sea were treated with the self management model and hierarchical management mode of diabetes management,the compliance behavior was compared between the two groups of patients 6 months after the end of the intervention. Results Using the compliance behavior of patients with self management model significantly outperforms that of the hierarchical management model. Conclusion That the community carry out a short-term self management course and provide a follow-up support,can strengthen the disease knowledge and improve patient self management behavior,improve the quality of the life status and optimization the quality of life.
