目的：探讨社区卫生服务中心在晚期癌症患者中实施临终关怀护理的作用。方法选取2011～2013年我中心护理的晚期癌症患者96例，随机分为两组，对照组48例予以常规护理，研究组48例予以临终关怀护理，比较两组患者的生活质量以及满意程度。结果对社区晚期癌症患者实施临终关怀护理，患者的生活质量以及护理满意度有明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论社区服务中心是实施临终关怀护理的理想机构，通过对晚期癌症患者实施临终关怀能够减轻患者及家属压力，提高患者生活质量。
목적：탐토사구위생복무중심재만기암증환자중실시림종관부호리적작용。방법선취2011～2013년아중심호리적만기암증환자96례，수궤분위량조，대조조48례여이상규호리，연구조48례여이림종관부호리，비교량조환자적생활질량이급만의정도。결과대사구만기암증환자실시림종관부호리，환자적생활질량이급호리만의도유명현제고，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론사구복무중심시실시림종관부호리적이상궤구，통과대만기암증환자실시림종관부능구감경환자급가속압력，제고환자생활질량。
Objective To investigate the role of implementation of terminal care to advanced cancer patients in community health centers. Methods 96 patients with advanced cancer from 2010 to 2013 nursed in our community health center were selected, and randomly allocated to two groups, with 48 cases in each, the control group received regular care, while the study group received terminal care, life quality and satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared. Results Patients with advanced cancer from community were implemented terminal care, the patient's quality of life and satisfaction degree were significantly improved, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The community health center is ideal for implementing terminal nursing care, implementing terminal care to patients with advanced cancer, can reduce the stress of cancer patients and their families and improve the life quality of patients.
