目的：观察胺碘酮联合辛伐他汀在老年阵发性房颤中的应用价值。方法取我院内科于2013年2月～2014年2月期间收治的90例老年阵发性房颤患者为本次研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其均分为对照组与实验组各45例，其中对照组服用胺碘酮治疗，实验组则采用胺碘酮与辛伐他汀联合治疗方案，两组疗程均为12周，治疗结束后告知患者定期来院复查，并电话随访1年，治疗前后分别观察两组房颤发作次数、左房内径以及房产持续时间，并作统计学分析。结果与治疗前比较，治疗后两组患者左房内径均改善显著，房颤发作次数更少，前后差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较，实验组房颤持续时间更短，房颤发作次数更少，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于老年阵发性房颤患者而言，胺碘酮与辛伐他汀联合治疗方案效果确切，值得临床推广使用。

목적：관찰알전동연합신벌타정재노년진발성방전중적응용개치。방법취아원내과우2013년2월～2014년2월기간수치적90례노년진발성방전환자위본차연구대상，안조수궤수자표법장기균분위대조조여실험조각45례，기중대조조복용알전동치료，실험조칙채용알전동여신벌타정연합치료방안，량조료정균위12주，치료결속후고지환자정기래원복사，병전화수방1년，치료전후분별관찰량조방전발작차수、좌방내경이급방산지속시간，병작통계학분석。결과여치료전비교，치료후량조환자좌방내경균개선현저，방전발작차수경소，전후차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；여대조조비교，실험조방전지속시간경단，방전발작차수경소，조간차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대우노년진발성방전환자이언，알전동여신벌타정연합치료방안효과학절，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To observe the value of amiodarone and simvastatin in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in the elderly. Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation from February 2013-February 2014 in our hospital Department of internal medicine were divided into the control group and experimental group,45 cases in each group. The control group were treated with amiodarone,the experimental group were treated with amiodarone and simvastatin combination therapy, the treatment lasted 12 weeks. After treatment, informed the patient to the hospital regularly review and telephoned follow-up 1 year after treatment;episodes of atrial fibrillation, left atrial dimension and duration listings of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and for statistical analysis. Results Compared with before treatment, after treatment patients,left atrial diameter were improved significantly, and had fewer episodes of atrial fibrillation,there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group had shorter duration of atrial fibrillation, fewer episodes of atrial fibrillation,there was statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, amiodarone and simvastatin combination therapy exact effect, worthy of clinical use.
