目的：探讨健康教育沙龙在肺癌患者外周中心静脉置管（PICC）中的应用效果。方法：选取76例肺癌并PICC置管患者为研究对象，按随机分组的原则分为观察组和对照组，两组各38例。对照组患者采用常规口头宣教，观察组患者除常规口头宣教外参加PICC健康教育沙龙，比较2组PICC置管患者并发症发生情况和非计划性拔管率情况。结果：置管后并发症由对照组的23.68%降低至观察组的7.89%，非计划拔管率由对照组的13.15%降低至观察组的2.63%，观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)，差异具有统计学意义。结论：对PICC置管患者开展健康教育沙龙，可减少PICC导管使用并发症，明显降低非计划性拔管率，延长导管使用寿命。
목적：탐토건강교육사룡재폐암환자외주중심정맥치관（PICC）중적응용효과。방법：선취76례폐암병PICC치관환자위연구대상，안수궤분조적원칙분위관찰조화대조조，량조각38례。대조조환자채용상규구두선교，관찰조환자제상규구두선교외삼가PICC건강교육사룡，비교2조PICC치관환자병발증발생정황화비계화성발관솔정황。결과：치관후병발증유대조조적23.68%강저지관찰조적7.89%，비계화발관솔유대조조적13.15%강저지관찰조적2.63%，관찰조우우대조조(P<0.01)，차이구유통계학의의。결론：대PICC치관환자개전건강교육사룡，가감소PICC도관사용병발증，명현강저비계화성발관솔，연장도관사용수명。
Objective:To explore health education salon again lung cancer patients with peripheral centervenpuncture in application effect.Methods:Select 76 cases of lung cancer patients with PICC catheter as the research object, according to the principle of randomized divided into observation group and control group, two groups of the 38 cases. The control group were treated by routine oral education, observation group of patients in addition to the regular oral mission to PICC health education salon, compared two groups of patients with PICC catheter complications and unscheduled decannulation rate.Results:after catheter complications by reduced to 7.89% in the observation group and control group of 23.68% unplanned extubation rate by 13.15% in the control group decreased to 2.63% in the observation group and observation group is beter than that of control group (P < 0.01), the difference is statisticaly significant.Conclusion:to carry out health education in patients with PICC catheter salon, PICC catheter can be reduced by using complications, significantly reduce unscheduled decannulation rate, prolong the service life of catheter.
