目的：探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术在临床应用中的价值。方法采用意大利普利塞18G、20G软组织切割活检针，在美国GE公司Birght Speed 16排螺旋CT机及西门子炫速双源CT机引导下穿刺92例周围病变患者。结果90例获得细胞学标本，85例确诊，确诊率90%；并发症：16例气胸及5例咯血。结论该方法对肺周围性肿块性质的诊断率高，并发症轻，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토CT인도하경피폐천자활검술재림상응용중적개치。방법채용의대리보리새18G、20G연조직절할활검침，재미국GE공사Birght Speed 16배라선CT궤급서문자현속쌍원CT궤인도하천자92례주위병변환자。결과90례획득세포학표본，85례학진，학진솔90%；병발증：16례기흉급5례각혈。결론해방법대폐주위성종괴성질적진단솔고，병발증경，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Methods 92 cases of patients with peripheral lesions guided by Italy Puli Se 18G,20G needle biopsy of soft tissue cutting using the GE Birght Speed 16-slice spiral CT machines(United States)and Siemens Hyun-speed dual-source CT machine puncture. Results Cytology specimens were obtained in 90 cases,85 cases were diagnosed,the diagnosis rate was 90%;complications:16 cases of pneumothorax and five cases of hemoptysis. Conclusion The diagnosis rate of this method for peripheral lung tumor is high,complication is light,and is worthy of clinical application.
