目的：探讨同期双侧钽棒植入治疗成人双侧早期股骨头坏死的疗效。方法：入组11例双侧早期股骨头坏死患者同期行双侧钽棒植入治疗，在C臂X线机定位下植入合适长度钽棒，术后髋关节X片、MRI观察股骨头变化，同时行髋关节harris评分。结果：全部患者均随访18~24个月，平均22个月。1例1髋术后18个月，MRI提示从SteinbergⅢa期进展为SteinbergⅢb期，其余未发现股骨头塌陷和坏死加重；术前Harris评分（74±12.72），术后6月为（93.77±4.67），术前术后对比有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：同期双侧钽棒植入治疗成人双侧早期股骨头坏死安全、有效，同样能有效延缓股骨头塌陷，近期随访疗效满意。

Objective: Studying the clinical effects of simultaneously bilateral tantalum rod implantation treatment of adult osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH). Methods Eleven patients (22 hips) suffering from early stage of bi-ONFH were chosen. X-ray film, CT scan and MRI were taken pro-operatively, simultane?ously bilateral tantalum rod implantation treatment was carried out. Appropriate size of the tantalum rod was im?planted with the C-arm X-ray machine. Those patients were followed up regularly after the operation observing those changes in hip bone via X-ray film, MRI check and assessed by Harris Scale. Results All cases were followed up after 22 months(18~24 months),Only one patient (1 hip) developed from Steinberg Ⅲa into Stein?berg Ⅲb according to MRI taken 18 months later. No aggravation in hip bone collapse or necrosis was found among other patients. Harris Scale scores for pre-operative and post-operative follow up visits showed pain, func?tion, mobility scores and total score (pre-operative:74.59 ± 12.72 to post-operative:93.77 ± 4.67),all presenting statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Simultaneously bilateral tantalum rod implantation treatment of adult osteonecrosis of the femoral head is safe and effective. It can effectively avoid hip bone collapse among ne?crosis area and proves satisfactory curative effect according to recent follow up visits.
