Somatoform Pain Disorder%Event-related potentials%P300%Comparative study
目的:探讨躯体形式疼痛障碍(SPD)听觉认知性事件相关电位P30的特点。方法:应用日本MEB-9200肌电图/诱发电位仪进行P30检测,对40例持续性躯体形式疼痛障碍患者(研究组)与40例健康成年人(对照组)P30的潜伏期、波幅、靶刺激反应时以及反应准确率进行比较。结果:与对照组相比,研究组Cz-A+导联P30(P3a、P3b)潜伏期延迟(P<0.01),P30(P3b、N2-P3b)波幅降低(P<0.05),靶刺激反应时(ms)延迟与反应准确率均降低(P<0.01),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:躯体形式疼痛障碍患者存在认知功能损害,且P30变化诸特点值得进一步随访。

목적:탐토구체형식동통장애(SPD)은각인지성사건상관전위P30적특점。방법:응용일본MEB-9200기전도/유발전위의진행P30검측,대40례지속성구체형식동통장애환자(연구조)여40례건강성년인(대조조)P30적잠복기、파폭、파자격반응시이급반응준학솔진행비교。결과:여대조조상비,연구조Cz-A+도련P30(P3a、P3b)잠복기연지(P<0.01),P30(P3b、N2-P3b)파폭강저(P<0.05),파자격반응시(ms)연지여반응준학솔균강저(P<0.01),차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:구체형식동통장애환자존재인지공능손해,차P30변화제특점치득진일보수방。
Objective:To study characteristic of event-related potentials P300 in patients with somatoform pain disorder(SPD).Methods:With Japanese MEB-9200 Electromyography / Evoked potentiometer, P300 test was carried out in 40 patients with somatoform pain disorder(research group)and 40 healthy adult controls(control group), and then latency, amplitude, response times to target stimuli and response accuracy rates of the two groups, P300 were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group, Cz- A+ lead P300(P3a,P3b)latencies were delayed(P<0.01) in research group, P300(P3b,N2-P3b)amplitudes were lower in research group (P<0.05), response times to target stimuli and response accuracy rates were lower in research group (P<0.01),al these differences were statisticaly significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Somatoform pain disorder have cognitive impairments,and the characteristic of P300 of PSPD deserve further folowing up.
