目的:探讨PCDH10在子宫内膜腺样癌细胞中的表达特征,为子宫内膜腺样癌的早期诊断和治疗提供参考指标。方法:收集2013年6月到2014年6月期间在我院妇产科手术切除的子宫内膜腺样癌组织和正常子宫内膜组织各40例。同时,按照细胞培养法对子宫内膜腺样癌细胞系细胞进行传代培养。利用RT-PCR和实时荧光定量PCR法分别对子宫内膜腺样癌组织、正常子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜腺样癌细胞系中PCDH10的表达特征进行检测。结果:PCDH10基因在正常子宫内膜组织高表达,在子宫内膜腺样癌组织和子宫内膜腺样癌细胞系中均表达沉默。结论:PCDH10基因在子宫内膜腺样癌的发生发展中有着重要的作用;它在子宫内膜腺样癌细胞中低表达,有抑癌基因的作用。

목적:탐토PCDH10재자궁내막선양암세포중적표체특정,위자궁내막선양암적조기진단화치료제공삼고지표。방법:수집2013년6월도2014년6월기간재아원부산과수술절제적자궁내막선양암조직화정상자궁내막조직각40례。동시,안조세포배양법대자궁내막선양암세포계세포진행전대배양。이용RT-PCR화실시형광정량PCR법분별대자궁내막선양암조직、정상자궁내막조직화자궁내막선양암세포계중PCDH10적표체특정진행검측。결과:PCDH10기인재정상자궁내막조직고표체,재자궁내막선양암조직화자궁내막선양암세포계중균표체침묵。결론:PCDH10기인재자궁내막선양암적발생발전중유착중요적작용;타재자궁내막선양암세포중저표체,유억암기인적작용。
Objective:To explore PCDH10 expression in human endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma cels, providing reference index for early diagnosis and treatment of it.Methods: the clinical data of each 40 cases endometrial tissue from June 2013 to June 2014 are used to make the surgery. Meanwhile according to the cel culture method to passage the cels. By RT-PCR and real-time PCR method to detecte the PCDH10 mRNA expression in adenoid endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrial tissue and endometrial cancer cel lines. Result:PCDH10 gene in normal endometrial tissue is highly expressed ,in contrast,in endometrial carcinoma and adenoid endometrial cancer cel lines were expressed silencely.Conclusion: PCDH10 gene play an important role in human endometrioid endometrial edenocarcinoma. It express in edenocarcinoma lowly so it may be a tumor suppressor gene.
