目的：研究35例胸部闭合性损伤合并其他脏器损伤的诊断治疗。方法：选取我院2010年1月-2014年1月间诊治的35例胸部闭合性损伤合并其他脏器损伤的患者，对其诊断与治疗进行回顾性分析。结果：诊断胸部闭合性损伤合并其他脏器损伤的吻合率为100.00%，治愈33例，治愈率为94.29%，死亡2例，死亡率为5.71%。结论：多数胸部闭合性损伤合并其他脏器损伤可以诊断，并经过非手术治疗及胸腔闭式引流治疗治愈；对于血流动力学不稳定的患者及早进行剖胸探查不仅可以显著改善多脏器复合伤等并发症，而且还能有效提高患者的生存率。
목적：연구35례흉부폐합성손상합병기타장기손상적진단치료。방법：선취아원2010년1월-2014년1월간진치적35례흉부폐합성손상합병기타장기손상적환자，대기진단여치료진행회고성분석。결과：진단흉부폐합성손상합병기타장기손상적문합솔위100.00%，치유33례，치유솔위94.29%，사망2례，사망솔위5.71%。결론：다수흉부폐합성손상합병기타장기손상가이진단，병경과비수술치료급흉강폐식인류치료치유；대우혈류동역학불은정적환자급조진행부흉탐사불부가이현저개선다장기복합상등병발증，이차환능유효제고환자적생존솔。
Objective: Study 35 cases of blunt chest injury combined diagnosis and treatment of other organ damage.Methods:Our hospital between January 2010 -2014 in January for treatment of 35 cases of patients with chest injury combined with other organ damage, were retrospectively analyzed diagnosis and treatment. Results:Diagnosis of blunt chest trauma associated with other organ injuries consistent rate of 100.00 percent, 33 cases were cured, the cure rate was94.29%, two cases of deaths, the mortality rate was 5.71%. Conclusion: Most of blunt chest trauma associated with other organ injury can be diagnosed, and after non-surgical treatment of thoracic drainage therapy and cure; for hemodynamicaly unstable patients with early stage exploratory thoracotomy can not only significantly improve multiple organ injuries and other complex complications, but also effectively improve the survival rate.
