目的：了解中药结合盆腔理疗治疗输卵管堵塞的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2010年3月～2014年3月收治的500例输卵管堵塞不孕症患者的临床资料，按照治疗方法不同分为实验组238例与对照组262例，对照组予以基础性治疗，包括输卵管通液术、抗生素、炒盐热敷等治疗，实验组在对照组治疗基础上予以中药结合盆腔理疗治疗，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组总有效率比较，实验组（95.37％）明显高于对照组（79.01％），具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论临床联合应用中药、盆腔理疗治疗输卵管堵塞性不孕症可提高临床疗效，值得临床广泛推广与应用。
목적：료해중약결합분강리료치료수란관도새적림상효과。방법회고성분석아원2010년3월～2014년3월수치적500례수란관도새불잉증환자적림상자료，안조치료방법불동분위실험조238례여대조조262례，대조조여이기출성치료，포괄수란관통액술、항생소、초염열부등치료，실험조재대조조치료기출상여이중약결합분강리료치료，관찰량조환자적림상치료효과。결과량조총유효솔비교，실험조（95.37％）명현고우대조조（79.01％），구유통계학차이（P＜0.05）。결론림상연합응용중약、분강리료치료수란관도새성불잉증가제고림상료효，치득림상엄범추엄여응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with pelvic physiotherapy in treatment of fallopian tube jam. Methods The clinical data of 500 patients with fallopian tube jam who were In our hospital from 2010 March to 2014 March were retrospectively analyzed and divided into experimental group 238 cases and control group of 262 cases according to the different treatment methods. The control group was given basic treatment of hydrotubation, antibiotics, hot compress with stir-fried salt. Based on the treatment of control group, the experimental group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with pelvic physiotherapy. The Clinical effects of two groups were observed. Results The experimental group total effective rate (95.37%) was significantly higher than the control group (79.01%), with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with pelvic physiotherapy in treatment of fallopian tube jam can improve the clinical efficacy. It's worthy of extensive promotion and application.
