目的：观察应用赖氨葡锌联合小儿捏脊疗法治疗小儿厌食症的效果。方法：选择2011年9月～2013年9月我科住院及门诊的厌食症患儿106例，随机分成对照组和观察组，对照组、观察组各53例。对照组患儿进行常规治疗，观察组患儿加用赖氨葡锌联合小儿捏脊疗法治疗。两组患儿治疗周期均为1月，比较两组患儿治疗效果、血清蛋白及微量元素变化。结果：观察组总有效率为90.57％，对照组总有效率为73.58％，差异显著（P<0.05）。观察组总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、元素锌、元素钙治疗前、后变化差较对照组差异显著（P<0.01）。治疗过程中两组患儿均未出现不良反应。结论：应用赖氨葡锌联合捏脊疗法治疗儿童厌食症，效果满意，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰응용뢰안포자연합소인날척요법치료소인염식증적효과。방법：선택2011년9월～2013년9월아과주원급문진적염식증환인106례，수궤분성대조조화관찰조，대조조、관찰조각53례。대조조환인진행상규치료，관찰조환인가용뢰안포자연합소인날척요법치료。량조환인치료주기균위1월，비교량조환인치료효과、혈청단백급미량원소변화。결과：관찰조총유효솔위90.57％，대조조총유효솔위73.58％，차이현저（P<0.05）。관찰조총단백、백단백、구단백、원소자、원소개치료전、후변화차교대조조차이현저（P<0.01）。치료과정중량조환인균미출현불량반응。결론：응용뢰안포자연합날척요법치료인동염식증，효과만의，치득림상추엄。
Objective: Research on the Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Tablets and Chiropractic Therapy Metrod for Child Anorexia. Method: 106 cases with Child Anorexia was selected from September 2011 to September 2013. They were divided into two groups in random. 53 cases in the test group, the other 53 cases in the control group. Cases in the control group were treated with conventional method. The test group used Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Tablets and Chiropractic Therapy. After one month , compare the treatment effect and the record difference of serum protein and trace elements of two groups. Results: The cure rate of the test group was 90.57%, and the control group was 73.58%, with significant difference (P<0.05). The test group has better record of protein, albumin, globulin, elements zinc, and calcium after treatment than the control group, with significant difference(P<0.01). Both two groups do not have adverse reaction during treatment.Conclusion:Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate and Chiropractic Therapy Method for Child Anorexia have satisfied effects , can be used in clinical treatment.
