目的：文章详细阐述了我院成功抢救1例羊水栓塞孕产妇的整个手术过程。分享羊水栓塞病例的抢救经过及手术护理配合体会。方法：病例介绍中陈述了整个发病经过及处理措施，手术护理配合中从手术前准备，术中分工密切配合，术后与ICU科室认真交班等整个抢救过程是一个密切的接力过程。结论：经过多学科努力成功挽救产妇及胎儿生命。结果：早期发现，对症处理，多学科的密切配合是抢救成功的关键。
