目的:观察采用双髓内钉内固定术治疗尺、桡骨干双骨折的临床疗效。方法采用双髓内钉内固定术治疗尺、桡骨干双骨折病例22例,骨折按 AO 分型 A 型3例,B 型7例,C 型12例,术后功能锻炼并定期随访,并采用 Anderson 评分标准评估肘、腕关节屈伸及前臂旋转功能。结果术后随访12~24个月(平均19.5个月),22例患者术后及随访 X 线片达到解剖复位,骨折全部愈合,术后末次 Anderson 评分优良率95.5%。结论采用双髓内钉内固定术治疗尺、桡骨干双骨折具有手术操作简便、创伤小、骨折复位满意、符合生物学固定、并发症少、术后前臂功能恢复迅速等优点,是治疗尺、桡骨干双骨折的一种理想治疗方案。

목적:관찰채용쌍수내정내고정술치료척、뇨골간쌍골절적림상료효。방법채용쌍수내정내고정술치료척、뇨골간쌍골절병례22례,골절안 AO 분형 A 형3례,B 형7례,C 형12례,술후공능단련병정기수방,병채용 Anderson 평분표준평고주、완관절굴신급전비선전공능。결과술후수방12~24개월(평균19.5개월),22례환자술후급수방 X 선편체도해부복위,골절전부유합,술후말차 Anderson 평분우량솔95.5%。결론채용쌍수내정내고정술치료척、뇨골간쌍골절구유수술조작간편、창상소、골절복위만의、부합생물학고정、병발증소、술후전비공능회복신속등우점,시치료척、뇨골간쌍골절적일충이상치료방안。
Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of double intramedullary nail fixation on ulnar and radial shaft fractures.Methods A total of 22 patients with ulnar and radial shaft fractures were treated with double intramedullary nail fixation.According to the AO classification,there were 3 cases of type A,7 cases of type B,and 12 cases of type C.All cases were followed up regularly and received functional training,and they were scored by Anderson scoring standards in flexion function of the elbow and the wrist and rotation function of the forearm.Results Patients were followed up from 12 to 24 months (mean 19.5 months),and the postoperative X-ray showed that all cases acquired anatomical re-duction and boney healing.The last Anderson scoring showed an excellent and good rate of 95.5%.Con-clusion For ulnar and radial shaft fractures,the double intramedullary nail fixation has advantages in easy operation,less trauma,satisfactory fracture reduction,appropriate biological fixation,few complications,and rapid recovery in forearm functions,which is recommended as an optical method.
