采用普通直流型恒电位仪无法达到套管实际的保护深度,存在油井套管阴极保护不全面的问题,本文介绍一种油井套管阴极保护专用脉冲恒电位电源,该电源以二次逆变主电路结构形式,并采用8051MCUF020为主控核心单元,运用锁相环倍频采样保证采样精度,采用PID策略实现闭环控制,研制出的样机具有功能完善,脉冲参数可调,运行稳定可靠等特点。

Using ordinary DC-based potentiostat can not achieve real protection depth of well casing, as a result,this cathiod protection is not comprehensive.This paper presents a special pulse cathodic protection system of well casing using power supply, based on the core unit of 8051MCUF020, the power supply use the second inverter form as main circuit structure, and use phase-locked loop frequency multiplier to ensure the accuracy of the sampling, use PID closed-loop method as control strategy.The prototype has perfect functional, adjustable pulse parameters, stable and reliable.
