为优化宽叶独行菜多糖的提取工艺,在单因素实验的基础上,选取超声功率、粒度、液料比和提取时间作为优化因素,根据Box–Behnken实验设计原理,进行四因素三水平实验。利用响应面分析方法,建立了宽叶独行菜多糖提取得率的多元二次回归方程,并得到最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,提取时间对宽叶独行菜多糖提取得率的影响最为显著。当工艺条件为功率124 W、粒度120目、液料比24∶1 mL/g、提取时间30 min时,宽叶独行菜多糖的理论最高提取得率为0.315%,验证值为0.319%。

The extraction technologyof polysaccharide from Lepidium latifolium wasoptimized with the extraction yield as the assessment index. On the basisof single–factor experiments,four factors including ultrasonic power,material mesh,liquid–to–solid ratio and extraction time were selected as the independent variables. With response surface analysis,a quadratic regression model was established by the Box–Behnken design experiments. The results showed that extraction time was the most significant factor to polysaccharide yield. Theoptimum extractionconditions were as follows:ultrasonic power 124 W,material mesh 120,liquid–to–solid ratio 24∶1 mL /g,and extraction time 30 min. Under such conditions,the predicted and experimental valuesof polysaccharide yield from Lepidium latifolium were 0.315% and 0.319%,respectively.
