以植物甾醇、己二酸为原料,二甲苯为溶剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成了植物甾醇己二酸单酯,并通过FT–IR、13C NMR、HPLC等分析手段证实了产物的结构;以植物甾醇己二酸单酯为原料,制备出固体纳米脂质粒。
以植物甾醇、己二痠為原料,二甲苯為溶劑,對甲苯磺痠為催化劑閤成瞭植物甾醇己二痠單酯,併通過FT–IR、13C NMR、HPLC等分析手段證實瞭產物的結構;以植物甾醇己二痠單酯為原料,製備齣固體納米脂質粒。
이식물치순、기이산위원료,이갑분위용제,대갑분광산위최화제합성료식물치순기이산단지,병통과FT–IR、13C NMR、HPLC등분석수단증실료산물적결구;이식물치순기이산단지위원료,제비출고체납미지질립。
Abstrsct:Phytosterol adipic acid monoester was synthesized in the presenceof phytosterol and adipic acid as raw materials and xylene as the solvent by using acidcatalystof p–toluenesulfonic acid. Its structure was determined by several analysis methods,such as FT–IR,13C NMR and HPLC. Moreover, it was used to prepare solid lipid nanoparticle as the raw material.
