目的：探索一种治疗肾囊肿的手术方式，较目前使用较多的传统腹腔镜手术更加微创。方法2013年10月至2014年5月，我科收治单纯性肾囊肿患者80例，将其随机分为两组，对照组使用三孔法后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术，试验组使用双孔法后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术，记录相关指标。结果两组手术时间、出血量、手术并发症、手术成功率、手术治愈率、术后住院天数等指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论双通道后腹腔镜手术治疗单纯性肾囊肿较三孔法更加微创，对于部分肾囊肿患者有一定的临床适用价值。
목적：탐색일충치료신낭종적수술방식，교목전사용교다적전통복강경수술경가미창。방법2013년10월지2014년5월，아과수치단순성신낭종환자80례，장기수궤분위량조，대조조사용삼공법후복강경신낭종거정술，시험조사용쌍공법후복강경신낭종거정술，기록상관지표。결과량조수술시간、출혈량、수술병발증、수술성공솔、수술치유솔、술후주원천수등지표차이균무통계학의의(P>0．05)。결론쌍통도후복강경수술치료단순성신낭종교삼공법경가미창，대우부분신낭종환자유일정적림상괄용개치。
Objective Explore a way of treatment for renal cyst surgery,that is more minimally invasive than laparoscopic surgery whith now useing widely. Methods From October 2013 to May 2014,80 patients with simple renal cyst were treated in our department,randomly divided into two groups,three holes after laparoscopic surgical was used in the control group and double holes after laparoscopic surgical was used in the experimental group,record relevant indicators. Results The operation time、the bleeding、surgical complications、success rate of surgery、operation cure rate、the postoperative hospitalization days, there were no statistically significant difference(P>0. 05). Conclusion Double holes after laparoscopic surgical treatment of renal cyst is more minimally invasive than three holes methods,Has certain clinical applicable value for some renal cyst cases.
