目的：通过对急诊留观病人实施有针对性的健康教育，使患者对自己疾病的相关知识有所了解，提高了患者的防病和保健意识，同时急诊护士在对患者实施健康教育的过程中，增强了急诊专科知识，提高了护理人员的素质。方法根据留观患者病种、性别、年龄、文化程度不同采取多种形式、有针对性的健康教育，形成有急诊特色的健康教育模式。结果通过对患者进行健康教育，患者做到对自身疾病有所了解，减少患者的痛苦，加强了患者的防病和保健意识，提高了患者及家属对护理人员的满意度，提高了急诊护士的理论知识。结论所以健康教育应该贯穿于整个治疗护理的过程中，健康教育的内容要简练，易于患者及家属理解和接受，改善护患关系。

Objective through the emergency patients implement targeted health education, the knowledge of diseases related to their patientsunderstand, improve the patient’s disease prevention and health careconsciousness, and emergency nurses in the implementation of health education for patients, enhanced emergency specialty knowledge,improve the quality of nursing staff. Methods according to the observationof patients with disease, gender, age, culture degree is different to take a variety of forms, targeted health education, health education pattern hasformed emergency characteristics. Results through the health education to patients, patients do have knowledge about their disease, reduce the suffering of patients, enhance the patient’s disease prevention and health care consciousness, improve patient and family satisfaction of nursing staff, improve the theoretical knowledge of emergency nurses.Conclusion so health education should run through the whole treatment and nursing, health education content should be concise, easy to understand and accept the patients and their families, to improve the nurse patient relationship.
