目的：分析心脏病加护病房（CoronaryCareunit，CCu）患者使用护理干预措施分级量表对护理结局的影响作用。方法：选取2013年7月至2014年7月期间在我院CCu进行治疗的患者767例，首先应用量表评估CCu患者护理中存在问题的严重程度，根据结果评定护理干预级别，通过护理结局分类系统对护理问题进行相应的分类，对比在护理干预前以及干预后第3天及第5天的护理效果评分，对结果进行u检验以及χ2检验。结果：量表评分结果，护理干预后为（35.33±9.68），明显低于护理干预前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。而护理结局中，而干预后第5天的护理结局评分为（47.95±12.53），干预后第5天明显高于干预后第3天，两组比较有显著性差异（P<0.01）。结论：量表评价取得了良好的临床效果，患者对护士根据量表评估的护理问题进行干预表现敏感，并对患者感知、状态及行为方面产生了正性结局。

Object Analysis cardiology ICU(CoronaryCareUnit, CCU)patients care interventions grading scale inlfuence on the outcome of care.Method CCU were selected in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 during the 767 cases of patients, the ifrst application of the scale to assess the severity of the problems CCU patient care, according to the results of evaluation of the level of care and intervention by nursing outcomes classiifcation system care for the corresponding classiifcation, compared to before the nursing intervention and the ifrst three days and 5 days after the intervention nursing effect scores, the results are u test andχ2 test.Result Scale score result, after nursing intervention(35.33 ± 9.68), signiifcantly lower than the nursing interventions before, the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.01). The outcome of care, whereas the ifrst ifve days after the intervention of care outcome score was(47.95 ± 12.53), the ifrst ifve days after the intervention was signiifcantly higher than the ifrst three days after the intervention, the two groups were signiifcantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion Scale Evaluation achieved good clinical results, patient nurses nursing interventions based on the performance of the sensitive issue of scale assessment, and patient perception, state and behavior produces positive outcome.
