目的:了解锡林浩特地区新生儿生长发育状况及影响因素,为采取相应的干预措施提供科学依据。方法以在锡林郭勒盟医院待产的342例孕妇及新生儿为研究对象,从产前到妊娠结束进行追踪调查,通过问卷调查,体格指标测定等进行相关数据的收集。所得数据进行Epidata录入,再进行SPSS数据统计分析。结果新生儿男婴体重为3343.36±506.33g,身长为50.42±2.44cm,女婴体重为3299.06±478.84g,身长为50.11±2.38cm;孕妇平均分娩年龄为28.9岁;孕妇平均妊娠时间为277天。结论妊娠时间与新生儿体重及身长呈显著性相关,正常妊娠期分娩的新生儿,体重高于在非正常妊娠期分娩者;妊娠时间越长,新生儿出生身长越长;孕妇孕期增重与新生儿体重呈显著性相关,孕期增重越多新生儿体重随之增加;孕妇年龄、民族、怀孕次数及居住地区对新生儿发育状况未见明显影响。

ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate fetal growth and development status and inlfuencing factors in the area of Xilinhot, provide scientiifc basis for the intervention measures. Methods 342 cases in Xilin Gol League Hospital of labor in pregnant women and newborns as the research object, from prenatal to the end of the pregnancy to carry out follow-up survey, through questionnaires, physical indexes to collect related data. The data were input into Epidata, SPSS for statistical analysis. Results Male newborns weight was 3343.36 ± 506.33g, 50.42 ± 2.44cm in length, the female weight was 3299.06 ± 478.84g, length was 50.11 ± 2.38cm; The average age of pregnant women was 28.9 years; The average of pregnancy time was 277 days. Con-clusion The weight and body length of neonates were correlated with the time of pregnancy. The length of newborns that deliv-ery with a reasonable period was higher than the unreasonable; the longer of pregnancy, the heavier of the neonatal weight, and higher risk for cause macrosomia. There was a signiifcant correlation between weight gain during pregnancy and birth weight. The much the gain weight in pregnancy, the heavier the neonatal weight. The age, ethnic, pregnancy times and residence areas has no signiifcant correlation for neonatal growth.
