目的：总结剖宫产手术腹部横切口的缝合方法及术后护理方法。方法：对本院2012年～2014年收治的500例剖宫产产妇采用可吸收扣线皮内美容缝合，并对其进行相应的护理。结果：伤口感染的发生几率为2%，术后疼痛程度较轻，产妇住院时间为5.0±1.1d，美容效果理想。结论：对剖宫产手术腹部横切口产妇采用可吸收扣线皮内美容缝合，并对其进行相应的护理，可以取得不错的美容缝合效果，值得在今后的临床应用中不断应用和推广。

목적：총결부궁산수술복부횡절구적봉합방법급술후호리방법。방법：대본원2012년～2014년수치적500례부궁산산부채용가흡수구선피내미용봉합，병대기진행상응적호리。결과：상구감염적발생궤솔위2%，술후동통정도교경，산부주원시간위5.0±1.1d，미용효과이상。결론：대부궁산수술복부횡절구산부채용가흡수구선피내미용봉합，병대기진행상응적호리，가이취득불착적미용봉합효과，치득재금후적림상응용중불단응용화추엄。
Objective:To summarize the method of suture cesarean section abdominal transverse incision and nursing method. Methods:In our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were 500 cases ofcesarean section with absorbable buckle line intradermal cosmetic suture,and corresponding nursing on the. Results:The incidence of wound infection was 2%,postoperative pain to a lesser extent,maternal hospitalization time was 5.0-1.1d,the beauty ideal effect. Conclusion:The cesarean section abdominal transverse incision of maternal use of absorbable buckle line intradermal cosmetic suture,and make the appropriate care to its,can achieve cosmetic suturethe effect of good,worthy of the continuous application and promotion in clinical applications in future.
