为了明确寡聚糖和广谱杀菌剂多菌灵配合使用对大豆叶部病害的防治效果,研究生物药剂寡聚糖与多菌灵按照不同比例配合施用对防治大豆叶部病害及产量的影响。结果表明:多菌灵与寡聚糖混用的药剂防治效果均明显好于单独施用多菌灵,其中处理7(多菌灵1125 g·hm‐2+寡聚糖941.7 mL·hm‐2)对大豆霜霉病的防效最好(56.7%),处理3(多菌灵1500 g·hm‐2+寡聚糖823.95 mL·hm‐2)对大豆褐纹病的防效最好(18.9%),处理8(多菌灵1125 g·hm‐2+寡聚糖1059.3 mL·hm‐2)对大豆叶枯病防效最好(12.2%)。在产量构成因素研究中,各处理中以处理6(多菌灵1125 g·hm‐2+寡聚糖823.95 mL·hm‐2)产量最高。各处理均能减少病粒数,处理5(多菌灵1500 g·hm‐2+寡聚糖1059.3 mL·hm‐2)的霜霉病病粒数最少,处理6的灰斑病粒和细菌斑点病病粒最少,处理5紫斑病粒最少。

In order to clear the control effect of combined application of broad‐spectrum fungicide carbendazim and oligosaccharides against soybean leaf disease ,the effect of different ratio of oligosaccharide and carbendazim on soybean leaf diseases and yield were studied .The result showed that the control effect of combined applica‐tion of carbendazim and oligosaccharides was better than application of carbendazim .The treatment 7 (Carben‐dazim 1 125 g·hm‐2 + oligosaccharide 941 .7 mL·hm‐2 ) had significant control effect on downy mildew ,the treatment 3 (Carbendazim 1 500 g·hm‐2 + oligosaccharide 823 .95 mL·hm‐2 ) had significant control effect on brown spot ,the control effect of treatment 8 (Carbendazim 1 125 g·hm‐2 + oligosaccharide 1 059 .3 mL·hm‐2 ) against leaf blight was the best .In the study of yield components ,the yield of treatment 6 was the best ,each treatment could reduce the infected seeds ,Downy mildew infected seeds was less in treatment 5(Carbendazim 1 500 g·hm‐2 +oligosaccharide 1 059 .3 mL·hm‐2 )grey speck disease and Bacterial spot disease infected seeds was less in treatment 6 ;Purple spot infected seeds was the least in treatment 5 .
