为研究一种测定箬叶黄酮含量简便且标准的方法,以箬叶为试材,建立了A lC l3比色法测定箬叶提取液中总黄酮的测定方法,考察了乙醇的浓度、A lC l3的加入量、p H以及显色时间等对显色物吸光度的影响。结果表明:AlCl3法测定箬叶总黄酮的溶剂为50%乙醇,适宜酸度为pH 5~6,显色剂AlCl3用量为0.025 mol·L‐1,显色时间20 min ,测定波长415 nm ,以芦丁为标样,回归方程 A=0.0246c+0.018 1,相关系数R2=0.9992,方法的回收率为97.94%~103.8%,相对标准偏差为2.4%。

In order to study the simple and standard method for measuring indocalamus leaves ,taking indocala‐mus leaves as material ,A AlCl3 colorimetric method for the determination of total flavonoids from indocalamus leaves was established ,the effect of solvent ,the dosage of AlCl3 ,pH and standing time were studied .The re‐sults showed that the optimum conditions were 50% ethanol as solvent ,added 0 .025 mol · L‐1 AlCl3 with pH 5~6 ,after 20 min total flavonoids reacts with AlCl3 to form a stable yellow complex ,the determine wavelength was 415 nm .The regression equation was A=0 .024 6c+0 .018 1 ,correlation coefficient R2 was 0 .999 2 .The recovery was 97 .94% ~103 .8% ,and RSD was 2 .4% .
