ABSTRACT:The advantages of the mobile reading create conditions for the nationwide reading, however, the nationwide mobile reading is still need to solve some problems. This paper expounds the necessity of establishing the mobile public library, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions on creating the mobile public library.
