目的:观察神经网络重建治疗配合电动起立床强化训练对偏瘫患者下肢功能的影响。方法:将60例脑卒中患者随机等分为试验组和对照组。两组患者均接受神经科常规药物治疗和传统的康复训练,如被动活动、针灸、按摩等,而试验组进行下肢神经网络重建治疗加电动起立床训练。分别于患者治疗前、治疗后4,8周时进行下肢功能、平衡功能,日常生活能力以及患者的康复治疗依从性的评定。结果:患者的下肢功能、日常生活能力及平衡功能、康复治疗的依从性在治疗4,8周后,试验组较对照组均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:神经网络重建治疗配合电动起立床强化下肢训练可明显改善脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能、自理能力、平衡功能,提高治疗的依从性。

목적:관찰신경망락중건치료배합전동기립상강화훈련대편탄환자하지공능적영향。방법:장60례뇌졸중환자수궤등분위시험조화대조조。량조환자균접수신경과상규약물치료화전통적강복훈련,여피동활동、침구、안마등,이시험조진행하지신경망락중건치료가전동기립상훈련。분별우환자치료전、치료후4,8주시진행하지공능、평형공능,일상생활능력이급환자적강복치료의종성적평정。결과:환자적하지공능、일상생활능력급평형공능、강복치료적의종성재치료4,8주후,시험조교대조조균유명현개선(P<0.05)。결론:신경망락중건치료배합전동기립상강화하지훈련가명현개선뇌졸중편탄환자하지공능、자리능력、평형공능,제고치료적의종성。
Objective:To observe neural network reconstruction treatment with electric standing bed intensive training's impact on lower limb function in pa-tients with hemiplegia.Methods:60 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).Both groups accepted neurologist routine drug treatment,and the traditional rehabilitation training.Such as the placement of the body acupuncture on bed and moxibustion,massage,and timely stand walking training,etc.And the experimental group were treated with lower limb treatment plus electric rise bed train-ing neural network reconstruction.Before and after four weeks and eight weeks treatment respectively,to observe lower extremity function,balance function, daily life ability,and the patient's rehabilitation treatment compliance.Results:After treatment 4 and 8 weeks,lower limb function,daily life ability,and bal-ance function,the rehabilitation treatment compliance of patients of experimental group were obvious improved than the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Neural network reconstruction treatment combined with electric standing bed intensive training significantly improved the lower limb function in hemi-plegic patients with stroke in self-care ability,balance,treatment compliance.
