目的:探讨封闭式负压吸引(VSD)技术在深度电烧伤创面中的临床运用效果。方法:选择2009年1月—2014年5月收治的30例深度(研究需要入选病例均无骨外露)电烧伤创面运用封闭式负压吸引技术﹢游离皮片移植修复为观察组,另选30例深度电烧伤创面运用清(扩)创﹢外科换药﹢游离皮片移植修复为对照组。观察比较两组患者的手术次数、创面感染率、皮片存活率、平均住院天数。数据采用 SPSS 14.0统计软件进行分析。结果:观察组手术次数、创面感染率、皮片存活率、平均住院天数分别为(2.40±0.55)次,3.3%,(95±5)%,(32±5)d,对照组分别为(3.50±0.92)次,30.0%,(67±10)%,(46±11)d。经检验,差异均有统计学意义(P ﹤0.01)。结论:运用封闭式负压吸引技术治疗深度电烧伤可以减少患者手术次数,有效控制创面感染,缩短住院时间,减轻患者痛苦,降低治疗费用,操作简单。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of closed suction(VSD)technology in deep burn wounds. Meth-ods:30 cases of depth electrical burn wound,without bone exposed,froM January 2009 to May 2014 in Ganzhou City Hospital, were treated with closed suction technology ﹢ free skin graft(experiMent group). Other 30 cases of deep electrical burn wounds were treated with clear(extended)Chong ﹢ surgical dressing ﹢ free skin graft(control group). To coMpare the nuMber of op-erations,wound infection,skin graft survival and the average length of hospital stay between the groups above Mentioned. The data were analyzed by SPSS 14. 0 statistical software. Results:The operative tiMes,the wound infection,the skin graft survival and the average hospital stay was 2. 4 ± 0. 55,3. 3% ,(95 ± 5)% ,(32 ± 5)d respectively,corresponding 3. 5 ± 0. 92,30% , (67 ± 10)% ,(46 ± 11)d in control group respectively. The differences were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion:The use of closed suction depth treatMent of electrical burns can reduce the nuMber of surgical patients,the wound infection, the hospital stays,the patient's pain and the treatMent costs.
