目的：探讨过敏性紫癜患儿的病因及护理措施。方法：分析本科室2011年1月～2013年4月695例过敏性紫癜患儿合并肾脏损害的临床资料，找出原因制定护理对策。结果：695例过敏性紫癜的患儿中有171例不同程度的肾脏损害，可发生在过敏性紫癜的各个阶段，有的病程可迁延，甚至引起高血压和肾功能衰竭。结论：过敏性紫癜是儿童较常见的血管性疾病，常累及肾脏，应针对病因及早采取规律的治疗，制定详细的护理对策，可减少肾脏的损害，缩短过敏性紫殿的治疗时间。
목적：탐토과민성자전환인적병인급호리조시。방법：분석본과실2011년1월～2013년4월695례과민성자전환인합병신장손해적림상자료，조출원인제정호리대책。결과：695례과민성자전적환인중유171례불동정도적신장손해，가발생재과민성자전적각개계단，유적병정가천연，심지인기고혈압화신공능쇠갈。결론：과민성자전시인동교상견적혈관성질병，상루급신장，응침대병인급조채취규률적치료，제정상세적호리대책，가감소신장적손해，축단과민성자전적치료시간。
Objective:To investigate the cause of allergic purpura in children and its nursing .Methods:From January 2011-April 2013 695 cases of allergic purpura in children with renal impairment clinical data to find out the cause and implement nursing measures .Results:Children with allergic purpura 695 cases in 171 cases of varying degrees of renal impairment may occur at various stages of allergic purpura,and some course can be persistent,and even cause hypertension and renal failure.Conclusion:Allergic purpura of children is one of common vascular disease,often cumulative kidney,so the medical staffs should try to take regular treatment for the cause,develop detailed nursing countermeasures can reduce kidney damage,shorten treatment time of allergic pur-pura temple.
