目的：探讨子宫内膜异位症病人复发影响因素及护理对策。方法：采用自编问卷收集我院妇科2010年1月～2011年1月收治的375例子宫内膜异位症病人的临床资料，并采用门诊和电话等形式对病人进行为期3年的随访，通过分析子宫内膜异位症病人的临床资料了解子宫内膜异位症病人复发影响因素，并提出针对性护理措施。结果：子宫内膜异位症术后复发率为14．40％。多因素 Logistic回归分析发现：保守性手术、双侧病灶合并子宫肌瘤、盆腔手术史是病人术后复发的危险因素（P＜0．05），手术后药物辅助治疗、血钙、子宫内膜异位症手术史是病人术后复发的保护因素（P＞0．05）。结论：子宫内膜异位症术后复发率仍较高，其复发受多方面因素影响，我们应该采取针对性的预防干预措施来降低病人术后复发概率，改善病人预后。

Objective:To investigate the recurrence and influence factors of endometriosis patients after surgery .Methods:375 endometriosis patients who were treated in the gynaecology department of our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were chosen as the research objects,the clinical data of them were collected by self-made questionnaire after outpatient follow -up and telephone follow -up for three years.They were analysed by descriptive statistics and binary classification logistic regression analysis to find out the recurrence and influence factors of recurrence of endometriosis patients after surgery .Re-sults:The recurrence of endometriosis patients after surgery was 14.40%.Multiariable Logistic regression analysis revealed that conservative surgery and bi-lateral lesions were the risk factors of in the recurrence of endometriosis patients after surgery e ,drugs adjuvant therapy after surgery was a postoperative fac-tor for the recurrence of endometriosis patients after surgery .Conclusion:The recurrence of endometriosis patients after surgery is high ,it is affected by many factors.In clinical medical process,we should take corresponding prevention interventions to reduce the patients postoperative recurrence risk ,improve the prognosis of patients.
