目的：探讨中医穴位治疗联合护理干预对原发性肝癌患者术后康复疗效的影响。方法：将我院2012年10月～2013年9月住院的320例肝癌患者随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予各项常规治疗护理，观察组采取中医穴位治疗联合护理干预，观察两组患者术后肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气、排便时间、首次下床活动时间及术后不良反应情况。结果：观察组与对照组比较，术后肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气、排便时间及首次下床活动时间、术后不良反应发生率等差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：中医穴位治疗联合护理干预能促进原发性肝癌患者术后康复。
목적：탐토중의혈위치료연합호리간예대원발성간암환자술후강복료효적영향。방법：장아원2012년10월～2013년9월주원적320례간암환자수궤등분위관찰조화대조조，대조조급여각항상규치료호리，관찰조채취중의혈위치료연합호리간예，관찰량조환자술후장명음회복、항문배기、배편시간、수차하상활동시간급술후불량반응정황。결과：관찰조여대조조비교，술후장명음회복、항문배기、배편시간급수차하상활동시간、술후불량반응발생솔등차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：중의혈위치료연합호리간예능촉진원발성간암환자술후강복。
Objective:To explore the influence of Chinese medical acupuncture treatment combined nursing intervention in curative effect of postoperative re-habilitation in patients with primary cancer.Methods:A total of 320 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in control group received the routine treatment and care ,while patients in observation group were given Chinese medical acupuncture treatment combined nursing intervention.The following parameters were compared between the two groups:time to the start of recovery of bowel sounds,time to anus deaeration,time to ambulation and postoperative complications.Resuts:There was statiscally significant difference in bowel sounds recovery,anal ex-sufflation defecation time,ambulation time and the rate of postoperative untoward effects(P <0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medical acupuncture treatment combined nursing intervention can effectively accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of the patients with primary liver cancer .
