目的:探讨生姜煎水在血液透析动静脉内瘘护理中的应用效果。方法:将2010年1月~2013年1月我科120例维持性血液透析患者随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用远心端逆向穿刺法,于透析结束24 h应用喜疗妥外涂于自体动静脉内瘘( AVF)后湿热敷;观察组采用近心端正向穿刺法,于透析过程中在AVF远心端采用生姜水湿热敷。结果:14个月后两组患者血尿素氮、血肌酐、尿素清除指数比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组血管狭窄、血管瘤、内瘘血管管疼痛、血流量不足发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:透析中生姜水热敷保护动静脉内瘘的效果明显,可促进内瘘成熟,延长AVF使用时间。

목적:탐토생강전수재혈액투석동정맥내루호리중적응용효과。방법:장2010년1월~2013년1월아과120례유지성혈액투석환자수궤등분위대조조화관찰조。대조조채용원심단역향천자법,우투석결속24 h응용희료타외도우자체동정맥내루( AVF)후습열부;관찰조채용근심단정향천자법,우투석과정중재AVF원심단채용생강수습열부。결과:14개월후량조환자혈뇨소담、혈기항、뇨소청제지수비교,차이무통계학의의(균P>0.05);관찰조혈관협착、혈관류、내루혈관관동통、혈류량불족발생솔명현저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:투석중생강수열부보호동정맥내루적효과명현,가촉진내루성숙,연장AVF사용시간。
Objective:To discuss the application of ginger decoction in arteriovenous fistula(AVF) in hemochalysis.Methods:120 patients with maintenance hemodialysisis were divided into two groups randomly .In the control group used reverse puncture distal end ,at the end of dialysis 24 h applications Hirudoid after moist heat treated at AVF,in the observation group used near upright to puncture the heart,in the dialysis process in AVF the distal end of the use of ginger wet heat.Results:After 14 months′intervention of the results,compared blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,KT/V of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Vascular stenosis,hemangioma,fistula pain and the incidence of the inadequate blood flow of the observation group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hyperthermia protecting arteriovenous fistula in the dialysis was obviously ,it also could promote fistula maturation and prolong AVF time .
