目的:探讨综合性情景模拟演练在护理本科生实习前护理培训中的应用效果。方法:将120名2011级护理本科生随机等分为试验组和对照组,实习前对照组接受常规的护理培训,试验组接受综合性情景模拟演练。培训结束后,比较两组学生的护理理论与护理技能的考核成绩,应用自主学习能力测评量表比较两组学生的自主学习能力;问卷调查试验组学生对综合性情景模拟演练的认可程度。结果:试验组学生的护理理论和护理技能考核成绩高于对照组(P <0.05),自主学习能力总分以及自我管理能力、信息能力、合作能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。分别有98.33%,96.67%和93.33%的试验组学生认为综合性情景模拟演练有利于提高临床护理决策能力、促进对护理理论的理解与应用以及激发学习兴趣。结论:综合性情景模拟演练能提高护理本科生在实习前护理培训中的教学效果,为学生进入临床实习奠定了坚实的基础。

Objective:To investigate the effect of applying comprehensive scenario simulation practice in pre -internship training for nursing undergradu-ates.Methods:One hundred and twenty nursing undergraduates from grade 2011 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group .Students in control group accepted standardized routine pre-internship training,while in experimental group accepted comprehensive scenario simulation practice. Theoretical and skill examination,as well as autonomous learning ability,were used to compare the effects between two groups after pre -internship training. Attitude on comprehensive scenario simulation practice in pre -internship training was studied in experimental group by questionnaire .Results:The scores of theoretical and skill examination of experimental group were much higher than the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .The total score of autonomous learning ability and the scores of three dimensions including self -management ability ,obtaining information ability and cooperation ability in experimental group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).There were respective 98.33%,96.67% and 93.33% nursing undergraduates of experimental group who thought comprehensive scenario simulation practice could improve the ability of decision -making in clinical nursing,stimulate understanding of nursing knowledge and ability to make use of it,as well as arouse learning interest.Conclusion:Comprehensive scenario simulation practice is effective to improve the teaching effects in pre-internship training for nursing undergraduates and set a better foundation for their nursing internship .
