目的:为提高临床护理教学质量,以期能选拔最适宜的临床护理带教老师。方法:在查阅文献的基础上,运用Delphi法,构建考评内容。制订客观测评量表,并在分值上赋予权重。护理部运用360度绩效考评法评估临床护理带教老师的综合素质和带教能力。结果:护理人员中高学历、高职称、6~20年工龄护理人员的自我评议、同事及上级评价得分较高( P<0.05);另外,同事间及护士长给出评议分普遍高于带教老师的自我评价分(P<0.05)。结论:360度绩效考评运用于临床护理带教老师选拔能全方位进行评价,其结果科学、客观,为提高临床护理教学质量提供了一个坚实的保障。

목적:위제고림상호리교학질량,이기능선발최괄의적림상호리대교로사。방법:재사열문헌적기출상,운용Delphi법,구건고평내용。제정객관측평량표,병재분치상부여권중。호리부운용360도적효고평법평고림상호리대교로사적종합소질화대교능력。결과:호리인원중고학력、고직칭、6~20년공령호리인원적자아평의、동사급상급평개득분교고( P<0.05);령외,동사간급호사장급출평의분보편고우대교로사적자아평개분(P<0.05)。결론:360도적효고평운용우림상호리대교로사선발능전방위진행평개,기결과과학、객관,위제고림상호리교학질량제공료일개견실적보장。
Objective:In order to improve teaching quality of clinical nursing and select the most appropriate clinical care teacher quality .Methods:Based on the academic literature,construct the evaluation content by Delphi method.Formulate an objective evaluation assessment scale used weighted scores.Per-form evaluations for clinical nursing teachers used 360 -degree performance evaluation method .Results:Nursing teachers with higher education level and higher titles who worked for six to twenty years has higher score at self -appraisal,colleague and supervisor evaluations,P <0.05.There was significant difference.Moreover,evaluation scores were higher from colleagues and head nurse than from teacher self -appraisal,P<0.05.Conclusion:Used 360-de-gree performance evaluation to evaluate nursing teacher ,the results are scientific and objective .The method could provide a solid result for evaluating clinical nursing teaching.
