目的:对护理人员的抑郁状况及其影响因素进行调查。方法:选取335名护理人员作为研究对象,采用抑郁自评量表进行调查。结果:护理人员抑郁自评量表粗分为(40.15±9.12)分,得分高于全国常模(P<0.05)。抑郁症状检出率为45.37%。分析发现高学历、对工作现状满意、良好的人际关系、参加心理培训、不经常上夜班的护理人员抑郁症状检出率较低(P<0.05)。结论:护理人员抑郁状况较严重,应当引起重视,建议开展护理人员的心理培训,改善工作态度和人际关系,有效降低抑郁的发生。

목적:대호리인원적억욱상황급기영향인소진행조사。방법:선취335명호리인원작위연구대상,채용억욱자평량표진행조사。결과:호리인원억욱자평량표조분위(40.15±9.12)분,득분고우전국상모(P<0.05)。억욱증상검출솔위45.37%。분석발현고학력、대공작현상만의、량호적인제관계、삼가심리배훈、불경상상야반적호리인원억욱증상검출솔교저(P<0.05)。결론:호리인원억욱상황교엄중,응당인기중시,건의개전호리인원적심리배훈,개선공작태도화인제관계,유효강저억욱적발생。
Objective:To investigate the depression status and analyze influencing factors of nursing staff.Method:The self-rating depression scale (SDS) was used in 335 cases for relevant questionnaire survey and analysis.Results:The average score of depression in nursing staff was 40.15 ±9.12.It was high-er than national norm,and there was significant difference between them(P<0.05).The influencing factors of depression status were highly education,be-ing satisfied with job,good interpersonal relationship,psychological counseling and less night shift(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with other groups,the depression status was more serious in nursing staff.Psychological counseling,work attitudes and interpersonal relationship should be improved in order to de-crease the incident of depression of nursing staff.
