针对从加氢反应器上切取的裂纹试样,进行一系列的分析和研究,内容包括裂纹金相分析、显微硬度分析、微区化学成分分析、断口分析等。通过试验研究获取了大量与裂纹有关的信息,最终判定该裂纹为再热裂纹。该研究为这类钢焊接裂纹的定性分析提供借鉴。此外,对再热裂纹产生机理作了简单的阐述,并提出相应的防止措施,在生产实践中,证明其有效性。

A series of analysis and research involve crack metallographic analysis,micro-hardness analy-sis,micro-area analysis,fracture analysis,etc have been aimed at the crack sample which was taken from the hydrogenation reactor.A lot of information which is relative to the crack has been acquired through ex-perimental research,and finally decide the crack is reheat crack.The research provides references for qualitative analysis on welding crack of this type of steel.Besides that,the production mechanism of reheat crack was described briefly and the corresponding prevention measures were provided.The effectiveness of these measures has been proved in production practices.
