根据板坯连铸结晶器热态调宽过程的特点建立了热态调宽过程的力学计算模型。将实际生产过程中的参数代入模型进行求解,并与实测的调宽液压缸推力进行比较,结果表明,计算模型可以较准确地描述板坯连铸结晶器热态调宽过程的力学特征。
根據闆坯連鑄結晶器熱態調寬過程的特點建立瞭熱態調寬過程的力學計算模型。將實際生產過程中的參數代入模型進行求解,併與實測的調寬液壓缸推力進行比較,結果錶明,計算模型可以較準確地描述闆坯連鑄結晶器熱態調寬過程的力學特徵。

The mechanical calculation model for online width adjustment of a slab continuous casting mould is made based on the characteristics of online width adjustment of the mould. The parameters used during width-adjusting in slab casting are substituted in the model and calculat- ing results are obtained and these results can be compared with the width-adjusting hydraulic cylinder thrust in actual measurement. The comparative results show that the model can accurately represent the mechanical characteristics of online width adjustment of the mold.
