鞍钢5号高炉燃料比平均在590 kg/t以上,采用提高焦丁用量并与矿石混装技术措施后燃料比降低。实验室测试和模拟计算结果表明,随着焦丁用量提高,矿石在块状带透气性得到改善,尤其是软融带区域透气性改善显著。鞍钢5号高炉试验结果表明,当粒度为10~30 mm小粒度焦炭与矿石混装入炉,焦丁比提高到60~80 kg/t时,降低高炉燃料消耗效果显著,焦丁与焦炭置换比可以保持在1.0以上。

The fuel ratio of No.5 BF in Angang is more than 590 kg/ton on the average, while the fuel ratio of the BF is reduced by taking such measures as increasing the adding amount of nut coke and applying the technology of mixed charging of nut coke and ore. The test results in laboratory and the simulating calculation results show that the permeability of ore in lump zone is improved, particularly the permeability of ore in cohesive zone is improved remarkably with increasing adding amount of nut coke. So the test for No.5 BF of Angang shows that the effect of decreasing the fuel consumption in BF is remarkable and the replacement ratio between nut coke and coke can be kept over 1.0 as fine particle coke with the size from 10 mm to 30 mm is charged into the BF together with ore and the charging ratio of nut coke is increased to the range from 60 kg/t to 80 kg/t.
