目的探讨雌激素α受体(ERα)基因多态性与产后抑郁障碍发生的关联性,为产后抑郁障碍发生的病因机制提供遗传学证据,进而为疾病基因诊断与治疗提供理论基础。方法选取产后抑郁障碍产妇(产后抑郁组)与健康产妇(正常对照组)各45例,运用限制性片段长度多态性聚合酶链式反应分析法、基因记数法统计两组 ERα基因的基因型和等位基因频率,分析 ERαPvuⅡ和 XbaⅠ多态性与产后抑郁的关联性。结果产后抑郁组与正常对照组 ERαPvuⅡ基因型及等位基因(P 与 p)频率分布差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),产后抑郁组与正常对照组 ERαXbaⅠ基因型及等位基因(X 与 x)频率分布差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),ERαPvuⅡ与 XbaⅠ联合基因型分布差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论ERαPvuⅡ基因多态性与产后抑郁障碍发病有相关性,XbaⅠ基因型突变对于产后抑郁障碍发病无相关性,联合基因分析,产后抑郁产妇与健康产妇整体基因型分布相似。

목적탐토자격소α수체(ERα)기인다태성여산후억욱장애발생적관련성,위산후억욱장애발생적병인궤제제공유전학증거,진이위질병기인진단여치료제공이론기출。방법선취산후억욱장애산부(산후억욱조)여건강산부(정상대조조)각45례,운용한제성편단장도다태성취합매련식반응분석법、기인기수법통계량조 ERα기인적기인형화등위기인빈솔,분석 ERαPvuⅡ화 XbaⅠ다태성여산후억욱적관련성。결과산후억욱조여정상대조조 ERαPvuⅡ기인형급등위기인(P 여 p)빈솔분포차이유통계학의의(P <0.05),산후억욱조여정상대조조 ERαXbaⅠ기인형급등위기인(X 여 x)빈솔분포차이무통계학의의(P >0.05),ERαPvuⅡ여 XbaⅠ연합기인형분포차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론ERαPvuⅡ기인다태성여산후억욱장애발병유상관성,XbaⅠ기인형돌변대우산후억욱장애발병무상관성,연합기인분석,산후억욱산부여건강산부정체기인형분포상사。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the polymorphisms of estrogen receptor -α(ERα) and postpartum depression disorder (PPD), to provide genetic evidences for the etiology and pathogenesis of PPD , ant to provide the theory basis for diagnosis and therapy for PPD .Methods 45 cases (depressed group) and 45 controls (con-trol group) were selected according questionnaires .PCR -RFLP was applied to examine the polymorphisms of Pvu Ⅱ and XbaⅠ in ERα.Allele frequency was assessed using genetic numeration .The correlations between the polymorphisms of PvuⅡ and XbaⅠ and PPD using SPSS 18.0.Results The chi -square test revealed that the genotype distributions of PvuⅡ in ERαin depressed group and control group were significantly different , so were the allele frequencies (P and p, P <0.05).There was no significant different in genotype distribution or allele frequency (X and x) of XbaⅠ in ERαbe-tween depressed group and control group (P >0.05).Conclusion There is correlation between polymorphism of ER αPvuⅡ and PPD, while no correlation between genetic mutation of Xba Ⅰ and PPD is revealed.The analysis of the joint genotype shows that the general genotype distributions in depressed group and control group are similar .
