采用盘圆砂钢机对 Q235钢进行了砂带磨削试验研究,对磨削后工件的材料去除率进行了分析,讨论了其最佳工艺参数组合。结果表明:在盘圆砂钢机砂带磨削 Q235钢过程中,线材速度对材料去除率的影响最为显著,其次为工作台转速、砂带粒度,砂带张紧力的影响最小。仅考虑对材料去除率的影响时,最佳工艺参数组合为:砂带张紧力200 N,工作台转速500 r/min,砂带粒度120#,线材速度为50 m/min。此时得到的材料去除率为6.8602 g/s。
採用盤圓砂鋼機對 Q235鋼進行瞭砂帶磨削試驗研究,對磨削後工件的材料去除率進行瞭分析,討論瞭其最佳工藝參數組閤。結果錶明:在盤圓砂鋼機砂帶磨削 Q235鋼過程中,線材速度對材料去除率的影響最為顯著,其次為工作檯轉速、砂帶粒度,砂帶張緊力的影響最小。僅攷慮對材料去除率的影響時,最佳工藝參數組閤為:砂帶張緊力200 N,工作檯轉速500 r/min,砂帶粒度120#,線材速度為50 m/min。此時得到的材料去除率為6.8602 g/s。

Abrasive belt was used to grind Q235 steel on bundled bar polishing machine.Material removal rate of the workpiece after grinding was analyzed and optimal combination of processing parameters was discussed.The results indicated that when grinding Q235 steel with abrasive belt,wire speed had the most significant effect on material removal rate,followed by the turntable speed and abrasive particle size,while abrasive belt tensioning force had least effect.The optimal parameters of the material removal rate were:abrasive belt tensioning force 200 N,turntable speed 500 r/min, abrasive particle size 120# ,wire speed 50 m/min.In this case the material removal rate would reach 6.860 2 g/s.
