综述了高转速、低钻压、大泵量条件下,全面钻进孕镶金刚石钻头的应用及研究现状。并将钻头的研磨性磨损和冲蚀性磨损的本质类比于金刚石的碎岩过程,得出了各工艺参数对岩石破碎、胎体磨损和金刚石磨损的影响。结果表明:在岩石破碎过程中,转速影响最为显著,其次为钻压,最后为泵量;就胎体磨损而言,泵量影响最大,钻压最小;在金刚石磨损过程中,转速和泵量均有较大影响,而钻压影响最小。
綜述瞭高轉速、低鑽壓、大泵量條件下,全麵鑽進孕鑲金剛石鑽頭的應用及研究現狀。併將鑽頭的研磨性磨損和遲蝕性磨損的本質類比于金剛石的碎巖過程,得齣瞭各工藝參數對巖石破碎、胎體磨損和金剛石磨損的影響。結果錶明:在巖石破碎過程中,轉速影響最為顯著,其次為鑽壓,最後為泵量;就胎體磨損而言,泵量影響最大,鑽壓最小;在金剛石磨損過程中,轉速和泵量均有較大影響,而鑽壓影響最小。

Applying and research status of comprehensive drilling with impregnated diamond bit at rotate speed/low wob/large pump output was reviewed.A"calculus"rock breaking model under the drilling condition had been put forward preliminarily,with the nature of abrasive wear and bit corrosion compared to rock breaking process.Results showed that during rock breaking,rotation speed mattered the most,followed by wob and pump output.And when it came to matrix wear,the rank would be pump output,rotation speed and wob,from most influencial to least.In diamond wear,rotation speed and pump output both had higher effect than wob.
