通过一系列实验,讨论了金刚石冲击测试过程中,造成样品颗粒破碎的主要原因以及钢球质量、钢球打磨处理和使用次数对冲击韧性值的影响。结果显示:钢球质量的轻微偏差都会对测试结果产生显著影响;质量相同的情况下,打磨过的钢球可以有效地提高金刚石冲击韧性测试结果的稳定性和准确性;钢球使用次数不大于3次时,测试结果较为稳定。

A series of experiments were made to discuss the main reason causing diamond grits fracture during impact process.Effects of steel ball mass,surface treatment and using time on impact toughness index of diamond were analyze through impact toughness tests.Results showed that even a small difference of steel ball mass would produce quite an effect on the stability of test result;and that at the same mass, sanded steel ball could effectively enhance the stability and accuracy of the impact toughness test results.It was also concluded that when the steel ball was used for no more than 3 times,the results were relatively stable.
